Orders placed before 2pm CST that are in stock will ship out same business day. Orders placed after 2pm CST that are in stock will ship out next business day. Orders placed before 2pm CST that are not in stock will usually ship out 2 business days after order.
Western Equipment wants to offer the absolute lowest shipping option with the fastest shipping time to each of our customers. The typical package takes 1-5 days to deliver after shipping. For packages less than 10lbs Western Equipment uses UPS Surepost as the preferred method of shipping. This saves you roughly 30% on shipping charges. Packages may arrive 1-2 days later, but 54% of the time a UPS driver will be delivering the package. The other times the package will be delivered to your home via different carrier. Western Equipment does not charge for handling.
There are several other shipping options with UPS that you will see at the time of checking out your order, these are: UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3-Day Select. Each of these shipping days is based on the business days after the package was shipped. The day the package was shipped does not count. (Ex:) if you order UPS Next Day before 2pm on Monday, you will receive your package on Tuesday. If you ordered UPS Next Day on Friday before 2pm, your order will arrive on Monday. Western Equipment can only control the date the package was passed along to the carrier. After the carrier has the package, the date of delivery is solely on the responsibility of the carrier.

Due to the unusual circumstances of COVID 19, there are situations out of Western Equipment’s control. There might be unforeseen delays with the John Deere supply chain in the foreseeable future. If there is a part that we cannot fulfill within the “reasonable” time window, we will contact you directly, update you on the order situation and offer a full refund on your order.
Western Equipment has 21 physical locations in 3 states, so by law we charge sales tax in these states: Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. The taxes may vary depending on where you live within these states. You will not be charged sales tax in the other 47 states where there is no physical location.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of order less return shipping costs. Returns between 30 to 60 days will incur a 30% restocking fee and purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. No purchases over 60 days can be returned. All items must be returned in the original packaging and unused condition. If the part has been used then no refund will be issued. All electrical parts that are not in the original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund roughly 4 weeks from the day you shipped back the returned part, however, in many cases you could be refunded faster. This time includes the 5-10 business days it takes for us to receive your return, the time it may take to process the return (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund on your card (up to 7 business days). John Deere OEM and A&I parts each have a 6 month warranty for all parts. The warranty only applies if the part was installed correctly, was not damaged by the end user, and failed under normal use. Please contact us directly for any warranty questions.

Damaged During Shipment
ALL parts are shipped with UPS insurance, if the part was damaged during shipping please submit damaged case to Support@247Parts.com. Please send your comments and photos of the damages in the email and we will submit and handle the insurance case for you with UPS. Once the warranty case is accepted and complete, we will send you the exact parts that were insured and cover all shipping charges for you.
Defective or Wrong Part
If you were shipped a defective part or the wrong part due to our mistake, we will send you the correct part at no charge and we will pay for shipping.
