turn. sent one review this AM already. The instruction books need work. thedrawings need some work. Pay your janitor to put one together and he willl tell you waht needs fixing. I am an engineer of necessity and I have assembled several things-- I figured it out--one issue is the tubes are parallel in fact, but one tube is angled in drawing. 859-816-4196

The product seems pretty solid; however it took several back and forth conversations to address the issue of missing parts as the first shipment arrived and was used hard with missing all the hardware and instructions as well as paint chips/rust. The box should be fortified better to make sure the inner parts are not damaged as a couple pieces of paper didn't do the parts justice. This is the first impression of 24/7 parts -
